I can't get enough of these pale yellow colored denim pants lately. I got them on my college study abroad in Greece in the summer of '08. I didn't bring a single pair of jeans in my suitcase that summer, so I have two pairs of Zara jeans from that summer still, the others become my other new favorite- my dip bleached (seen here, here & here).

As you know already, I've been wearing alot of blue lately-- here, here & here. But the next thing you're about to notice is that this denim jacket is my go-to for Spring layering. Here in New York, it hasn't really committed to warm weather yet, so until then, you will be seeing a lot of this jacket. These maroon leather low profile Coach sneakers are making there Fashion Goggled debut, but I'm plan on really finally breaking them in this season.

I'm so obsessed with British brand, J. Shoes. Their line is chock full of wooden soled shoes that display the perfect balance between rugged and urbane. The details on each pair are quite stunning and never overwhelming- however, the response is. I have never gotten so many compliments as I have on this pair of shoes. New spring staple? I think so.

The thing about rainy days in New York is that you really have to assess how much time exactly you will be interacting with the rain that day + then decide what you are going to wear to forge out into nature. On this overcast day, I decided to bust out my Nike Dunks. I paired the old favorites with a basic striped shirt for what I would like to think of as a 'Parisan Teenager.'

Now, I'm not normally one for a jumping photo, but come'on.... my Nike Dunks getting mad AIR? How appropriate. #FashionGoggled

black rust-ed

When I dip-bleached my Zara jeans, HERE and HERE, I also took some time to bleach a few other items. One was this Alternative Apparel black t-shirt. Since black shirts are made from other very dark colored dyes, when bleached, they generally turn some shade of red or rust. This is the same reason why so many blacks don't match well, they are based with different colors of super dark dyes. I love the effect it had on this AA shirt. The rust is exactly the acid wash-y feeling I was hoping for.
