Pam has an incredible sense of style with eye for vintage. So, when she came over last weekend for a backyard rendezvous & so generously brought this vintage find she had been dying to give me [sidebar: how amazing is this print???] in Bushwick, we decided to do a quick shoot. I just can't stop wearing black & more muted colors. These ASOS pants are really becoming the best staple in my closet. I wish I had them in every color-- quite literally.

On Sunday, my friends gathered at Crown Victoria Beer Garden in Williamsburg to celebrate Rose and Jason's birthday. We spent the entire day eating, drinking, playing jenga & shooting the shit. The weather was perfect, the company better. I will eternally love Sunday Fundays- especially in that pre-fall sunshine.

alexander wang-ed [SS'13]

Alexander Wang's SS'13 collection really blew me away. Wang's clothes always make for the best mixing pieces for street style, but his runway shows aren't normally at the top of my list. This season, Wang wrapped up my current dream collection with a bow on top.  It is masculine yet feminine, soft but harsh, delicate though strong, and most importantly, black & white; it juxtaposes it all. Wang's restraint impresses me most; sticking to a idea, but only if the idea works.
