Looking back on my shorts from last summer that I couldn't seem to go a day or two without wearing, they are a slight edit on this year's version. This summer, they are the same but different. Still vintage DIY Levi's shorts, but this year with a slimmer, higher waist cut. Cheers to my new summer uniform and the shorts that will be the centerpiece.

I've been dying to find the perfect time for this outfits debut. The second I saw the two pieces in Loehmanns I knew I had to make this happen. Dia: Beacon in the late spring for a friends birthday seemed like the best debut to me.

I was cleaning out my closet recently when I discovered I am boot-a-phile. I had set my favorite shoes aside and realized that besides my old favorite Nike low tops, they were all in fact boots or high tops. So, just like last summer, boots will still be a personal staple, but this summer will be the summer of og Timbs. Now I just need them in black.

yin and yang

Dreaming of all the money while perusing the MR. PORTER sale, I pulled aside my wish list to find the grouping like a total mis mash of pieces. That is, until I saw the yin and yang, jekyll and hyde. The first, a Solange-esque printed haze of pastels and blues. The centerpiece being this incredible Wooyoungmi rain coat- I would wear it everywhere, rain or shine.

The second fulfilled both my A$AP tendencies; Rick Owens & Givenchy shorts, with my James Bond dreams; Gucci trousers and Thom Browne metallic brogues.
