life is a beautiful sport by lacoste

Because sometimes after the right jump, falling becomes floating. Remember, life really is a beautiful sport.

Excited to share the lookbook I shot with Calm Clothing NY and photographer & master levitator, Witchoria. What do you think?

hints of pink

With unwavering support of pink, I continue to try out wearing as much of the color as possible without looking like a total Martel walking ad. After nabbing this amazing brown and dusty pink plaid flannel from Gant at Fox and Fawn last week, I threw on the usual black-fit with hints of pink with Air Max 90's and florals a million from Only NY to tie in pink, head to toe.

Last week, I got to go check out what's next for Citizens of Humanity for their Fall collection including the launch of C-OF-H Man. With new strong and minimal branding, COH launched their first men's collection with a California cool that is unshakable. The new designer, Simon Miller, has amazing grasp on how to capture vintage detailing in distressing and repairs recreated on their new Fall pieces.  These pants are from their latest Spring collection, check it out here

in the details

[Carhartt jacket, Threads 4 Thought hoodie, Vintage D.A.R.E. shirt, Vintage Levi's from What Goes Around Comes Around, ADIDAS sambas, Ray-Ban Clubmasters]

Sometimes, it's all in the details. Until a few weeks ago, I no longer owned a hoodie. Although the weather has given us a break, this hoodie from Threads 4 Thought quietly saved me this Polar Vortex. So having a nice day to pair it with my new vintage, destroyed Levi's from What Goes Around Comes Around was a nice change of pace.

hair trials

[ASOS velvet blazer, Quinn cashmere sweater, Levi's denim, Timberland boots, Vintage bakelite spider brooch, Old Spice hair products]

From man-bunned and blonde to accidental but avoidable stints with pink and blue to short and.... brown? My hair never gets boring. After a year of long hair, I had a mini panic attack after I had Maddie chop it off, just then remembering how difficult it was to groom a short wild cut. Luckily for me, long-time favorite, Old Spice, just launched their first hair care line for Men. I landed on the Spiffy perfect for a short on the sides, long on the top cut like mine. It even held up on this windy day, down under the Brooklyn Bridge.

Sometimes it's nice to do that same, but different.

Dumbo offered the ideal setting for my new obsession; Puma running tights paired with these luxurious, minimal McQueen for Puma sneakers. The Isaora shell complimented the outfit with the perfect shade of gray, matching the Manhattan bridge in the distance.

falling into spring

It was a good run blonde man-bun, but with new hair, comes new color palettes.
